Clean rooms with a comfy large bed. Coffee machine and free toiletries are a nice touch. Daily room service keeps things fresh. Lots of amenities like iron, safe, and flat-screen TV. Amazing location near Empire State Building and Times Square. Plus, there's a fitness centre to stay active.

The location is great and the staff was friendly.
There was no hot water and the heater didn't work. The breakfast was misleading and very limited.
